Privacy Policy
Updated 8 October 2026. Xpose Studios, South Africa, operates InlayerAI and is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy requests: support@inlayerai.com.
Information we use
- Launch interest: your email, registration time and consent record, used to send the launch notification you requested.
- Plugin account: your email, sign-in verification records, session records and trial start and end times, used to authenticate you and enforce access limits.
- Purchase records: your purchase email, transaction and licence status, and the compatibility acknowledgment you accept before checkout, used to activate access, recover purchases and handle refunds or disputes.
- Service operation: network information processed by our hosting services, short-lived abuse-prevention records and technical errors needed to protect and maintain the service.
- Support: information you choose to send when asking for help.
Your images and connected platforms
We do not view your images or store them on InlayerAI servers when you use the plugin. Your selected crop, prompt and reference images are sent directly from the plugin to your chosen AI platform and its storage services. Generated images are downloaded directly to your computer. The platform’s privacy policy and terms apply to its processing of your content.
The plugin handles images locally and creates temporary result files on your computer to place them in Photoshop. If you choose to send images to our support team, we receive and may view those attachments to help with your request.
Platform sessions are stored using the plugin’s secure storage. Our hosted sign-in relay temporarily processes the information needed to complete platform authentication; it does not relay your images.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, launch list, account data and sign-in services. Resend delivers account verification emails. Zoho Mail hosts our support mailbox and processes the enquiries and attachments you send us. These services may process information outside your country. We use them to deliver the service, secure accounts and honour your requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Gumroad processes checkout, billing information and payment records under its own privacy policy. We receive the transaction and access information needed to activate and support your licence; we do not receive your full card details.
Storage in your browser and plugin
The plugin stores settings and secure sign-in sessions on your computer. The account website uses an essential secure session cookie when you sign in. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. Registering interest does not create a signed-in account.
Retention
Launch-interest records are kept until the launch notification is sent and the list is no longer needed, or you withdraw your request. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and account sessions after 30 days; expired records are cleaned periodically. We retain account and trial history while needed to provide access, prevent repeated trials, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw launch-email consent, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information by contacting support@inlayerai.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate fraud-prevention purposes. We will explain any such limitation. You may also complain to the applicable data-protection authority, including South Africa's Information Regulator. Removing a local plugin does not by itself delete a hosted account.
We will update this page when our practices change. Signing up for launch news is not consent to unrelated marketing.
