1. What the plugin provides
InlayerAI connects supported AI platform accounts to your Photoshop workflow. You supply your own Photoshop licence and platform accounts, subscriptions and credits. InlayerAI does not sell, pool or transfer platform credits. Platform providers determine model availability, generation pricing, usage limits and output.
2. Trial and account
Your email identifies your InlayerAI account. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. Your seven-day trial starts automatically after your first successful sign-in to the plugin; it does not automatically become a paid purchase. Signing in on another computer does not restart a trial.
3. Paid access
The introductory price is US$12 for a one-time purchase of a non-expiring licence to the purchased InlayerAI version. There is no automatic renewal and no Photoshop version lock. Applicable customer taxes are added at checkout and the full total is shown before payment. A non-expiring licence does not guarantee that the plugin will remain compatible with future Photoshop releases or third-party services. Future major upgrades may be sold separately. Price changes for new purchases do not change your existing licence.
When checkout opens, Gumroad will act as merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Its buyer terms and refund policy also apply to those transactions. Payment information is entered with Gumroad, not in the plugin.
4. Compatibility and external services
Use the trial to check your workflow and consult the current compatibility information before purchasing. A minimum Photoshop version is not a promise of compatibility with every later version. We do not guarantee support for all future Photoshop releases, operating systems or third-party model changes.
Adobe and AI platform providers may change their services, authentication, models, prices or terms, or restrict integrations. Such changes may interrupt or remove particular functions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to an external service. These limitations do not remove any legal remedy you have if the product fails to meet an enforceable promise.
5. Updates and use
We may release fixes and improvements. Major future features or compatibility upgrades may require a separate purchase, disclosed before you buy them. Do not bypass licensing, redistribute the plugin without permission or use connections in violation of the relevant provider's terms. Review AI results before relying on them and keep backups of your Photoshop documents.
6. Your images
When you generate, the plugin sends your selected image, prompt and reference images directly to your chosen AI platform. They do not pass through InlayerAI's servers. The platform's terms and privacy policy apply to its processing of your content and your use of generated results.
7. Refunds, responsibility and changes
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent third-party outages, changes, generation charges or losses outside our reasonable control. We will not use an update to these terms to remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
